I have been a patient for over 4 years and Dr. Jay is wonderful. I was having shoulder and lower back pain for a while and doctors wanted to give me medication. I did not want to go that route so I went to see Dr. Jay. He adjusted me and provided a therapy program that worked. I was pain free until my auto accident. I went back to Dr. Jay and he fixed me right up again. He is the best.

I loved the time Dr J Ebadat took to educate me. What he said resinated with me. I believe in the treatment plan he ha recommended for me. I will follow up with my post in a few weeks...

I Am Back! I feel so much better after having the work done by Dr Jay. I usually go to the laJoy Clinic in wilsonville, but I was down visiting some family for a while and I needed an alignment bad! I missed my appointment with my local Chiropractor and the drive to my family's home in California was horrible on my lower back. I tried to use one of the lumbar support things to keep me from having to go see a Chiropractor I did not have a relationship with. Alas, my back was hurting so bad I know that I would need to have some work done before I could drive home. I went to my 1st appt with Jay and I was a little nervous since it was new. After I met Jay I relaxed and was able to get the most out of the experience. He was super nice, very knowledgeable and really personable. I like the facility and I like the staff. They made me feel comfortable. I was not sure what to expect, not being a regular and all, but it was great! I was in town for 3 weeks and I ended up going once a week till I left for home! I am just so grateful, Dr Jay made my chiropractor experience like a home away from home. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Jay has been phenomenal in his treatment. My wife had been suffering from on and off upper back pain for last 2 years. During her very first visit, she felt more than 50% better and in abut 3 visits she felt up to 80% better. I definitely recommend people to go to Dr. Jay as he is very honest and charges very reasonable price and also accepts very much all insurances.

Amazing chiropractor very kind and helpful All machines work great staff incredibly awsome. Music will put you to sleep so relaxing I love it definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am a retired physician and want future patients to know Dr. Ebadat is an excellent health care practitioner. He's very thorough in his assessment and treatment strategy at each visit. He is constantly fine tuning his treatment goals to accomodate the ever changing response of the entire body to injury and recovery; unlike many physicians who tend to treat and focus only on the initial diagnosis/ injured body part. I felt confident and comfortable with Dr. Ebadat's recommendations and never felt any pressure to choose any particular treatment He's also very good at explaining why certain treatment modalities work and how I can avoid injuring myself in the future. I am very happy he found the right treatment combination that completely resolved my hip pain from a bad fall in just 9 sessions over 5 weeks. I hope more patients discover the South Bay Wellness Center. You will be happy you did!

I had come to Dr. Jay for treatment of a pinched nerve in my lower back. I was in quite a lot of pain and went four days straight with pain killers trying to reduce it, but finally gave Dr. Jay's office a call and scheduled an appointment. I was given great treatment from the time that I stepped into the office. The assistant ran over to me when I arrived and right away got me checked in with just a few documentation needed. Dr. Jay himself came over to the front desk, introduced himself, and asked what I am experiencing. I felt completely welcome from the start and continued to have great treatment throughout my session. Dr. Jay listened carefully to my concerns and never pushed for me to spend money, just suggested. After just the first time, my lower back pain had decreased to the minimal and well... no pain = happy. I especially enjoyed how open Dr. Jay is with his patients and how he always checked on me during a treatment. I have came in for a second time and it was just as great of an experience as the first!
